We spend about 1 hour with each client. You will be working with 2-4 practitioners. Most of the time you will be lying on a massage table fully clothed as we use contact, bodywork, mediations and/or questions to dive deeper into your situation. Other times we will wander around the property to find the proper movement and space that is needed to guide you in your healing process. Please dress properly for outside conditions.
